We are offering a pre-order/pickup service from TFUKcon. Whilst we will be bringing a vast range of stock both items from the website and special items we have bought specifically for TFUKcon there is the chance we may not bring the bot you are after or that we sell out before you get to us, this service allows you to secure the bot you want in advance.
You are able to pre-order any INSTOCK item on our site.
The process is simple, for every bot you want to preorder and pickup at the convention add one of this item to your cart, please then detail which bot(s) you wish to collect in the notes page.
So if you only want to pre-order 1 bot you only have to add one of these. Say there are 2 fantastic bots you want to collect, then add 2, and so on.
You will then be required to pay the outstanding balance in person at Birmingham, this will be confirmed to you in an email. Then simply come to the stall with your order number and we will complete the transaction.
Please note these deposits are non-refundable, if you do not complete the preorder you will lose your deposit.
TFUKcon Bot Pickup
Please note that the £10 per item deposit is non refundable, if you cancel the collection this will not be refunded.
Also the collection is only available during trading hours of TFNation 2024, if you do not collect by the end of the Sunday trading we will consider this a cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded.
Due to the introduction of GPSR and the lack of information available from third party companies at this time we cannot supply to Northern Ireland.
