"I've dealt with many online stores over the years, it's just something as a collector you have to do nowadays. I've very rarely however dealt with any one store that provides the level of personal engagement that PrimeTimeToyz offers. After a masterful but if salesmanship Moff enticed me to start collecting the the TMNT X MOTU line from Mattel at TFNation this year.
Needless to say, the deal was too good to pass up. Now, while they did have a VERY robust collection of figures from the line there were still half a dozen I wanted that he didn't currently have in stock. Had this been any other store I would have been faced with the tedious task of hunting down those figures from other stores, however that wasn't the case.
Moff went on to his store's supply ordering system and ordered a case of each of the figures, one of each for me and the rest for the store. A week or two later they arrive at the store, I get an invoice for the individual figures and within a few days they were at more door and on my shelves! As far as customer service and buying experiences go I cannot fault PrimeTimeToyz! Having the option to order items not currently in stock is a godsend and a service I would happily use again."
