There are no returns on this item.  Any aftersales issues will be resolved through spare parts which you will be required to fit yourself (without instruction), and would likely take weeks to source and ship.

 Please note we have made the decision to no longer offer International shipping and will only be able to offer our items to UK based customers.

Due to the complexity of taxes and the costs of potential returns/damages sadly international shipping is no longer a valid option for us.

Please note that cancellations are what bring down small companies like ours, so we'd appreciate it if you only order when you're 100% sure.

Deposits options are available but are non-refundable, and fully paid orders which are later cancelled will be subject to a cancellation/admin fee of up to £10.

Your final balance which will be the item total plus shipping minus the deposit paid and will be invoiced around 7-14 days before the items are in stock, and have 30 days to settle this.  Invoices will then expire and the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you choose Collectors Grade Shipping on your deposit option please note the additional fee of £3 is charged at ordering, with the standard shipping charged at time of invoicing.

Due to the introduction of GPSR and the lack of information available from third party companies at this time we cannot supply to Northern Ireland.
