In 2024 we grew our trader space and this allowed us to have more traders than in previous years however we had more requests than we could accommodate. We expect the demand for 2025 will be similar, therefore we are implementing an application process.

Please note that our aim is to provide a varied experience for our attendees, with limited trader space we are aiming to have traders with a variance of stock so we ask that you share an oversight of the type of stock you would bring, i.e. mainly g1 used, or perhaps its all more modern general releases, the more detail you can provide the more it helps us.

Our Trader application process is open through to 01 November 24, successful traders will be notified and invoiced for the cost of their space, they then have a 30 day window to pay this.

Please note double tables are dependant on availability

All table packages come with 1 attendee ticket included, additional attendee tickets over and above can be purchased in addition to your table, at the standard price and this can be requested below.
