There are no returns on this item.  Any aftersales issues will be resolved through spare parts which you will be required to fit yourself (without instruction), and may take multiple weeks (sometimes months) to source and ship.

 Please note we have made the decision to no longer offer International shipping and will only be able to offer our items to UK based customers.

Due to the complexity of taxes and the costs of potential returns/damages sadly international shipping is no longer a valid option for us.

Due to the introduction of GPSR and the lack of information available from third party companies at this time we cannot supply to Northern Ireland.

As the majority of our pre-order product offerings are for third party companies we wanted to set expectations on release windows.

When we are offered products by our suppliers they will be given with an expected release date, we use this to initially update the pre-order product listing.

However we have found that, an this is to an extent applicable to all third party companies. Once we place the order with our distributor, then the next time we hear from them is when they invoice us for the items releasing. This will be the same whether the item releases on time or if it is delayed.

If an item slips past its original release window we will update it with an expected window being the next available quarter.

When pre-ordering please bear this in mind and be patient if the original window is released, sadly these third party companies do not communicate delays so whilst we understand if you want to reach out for an update we wanted to signpost that very likely we will not know and apologise in advance for this.

Please note that cancellations are what bring down small companies like ours, so we'd appreciate it if you only order when you're 100% sure.

Deposits options are available but are non-refundable, and fully paid orders which are later cancelled will be subject to a cancellation/admin fee of up to £10.

Your final balance which will be the item total plus shipping minus the deposit paid and will be invoiced around 7-14 days before the items are in stock, and have 30 days to settle this.  Invoices will then expire and the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you choose Collectors Grade Shipping on your deposit option please note the additional fee of £3 is charged at ordering, with the standard shipping charged at time of invoicing.
