If you change your mind, you can return this item within 14 days of receiving it. Please message us first and we'll explain how to send it back. Return postage is paid by you, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back.
For a full refund, the item needs to come back in the condition we sent it, unopened. Opening it changes that condition, so opened items are looked at case by case. Please message us before returning anything that's been opened.
If something is wrong with your item, message us and we'll put it right. Most issues with collectible figures are fixed with replacement parts, which can take several weeks to source from the maker. If that isn't possible, we'll talk to you about a replacement or refund.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
We only ship within the UK mainland. Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping due to the complexity of taxes and the costs of potential returns and damages.
Due to the introduction of GPSR and the lack of information available from third party companies at this time we are also unable to supply to Northern Ireland. Please contact us to discuss alternative options.
Cancellations hit small businesses like ours hard, so please only pre-order when you're sure.
If you change your mind, we won't keep your money. Your £10 deposit becomes store credit of the same amount, to spend on anything in the shop, now or later.
If we have to cancel because the maker has cancelled the item, you'll get a full refund of your deposit to your original payment method.
Fully paid orders that are later cancelled may be subject to a cancellation and admin fee of up to £10.
Your final balance (item total plus shipping, minus the deposit you've paid) is invoiced by PayPal. When we know stock is on its way, we'll send your invoice up to 14 days before it arrives. If an item arrives without warning, which happens often with third-party makers, we'll send your invoice as soon as it's here. Either way, you'll have 21 days to pay, and PayPal will send you reminders. If the invoice isn't paid within 21 days, it expires, the order is cancelled and the deposit is lost. If you need a little longer, message us before the deadline and we'll do our best to help.
If you choose Collectors Grade Shipping on your deposit, the extra £3 is charged when you order, and standard shipping is charged on the balance invoice.
Most of our pre-orders are for third-party companies, so we want to be upfront about release dates.
The date shown on each pre-order is the release window the maker gave us when the item was first offered. We don't keep moving it forward month by month, because that would just be guessing.
The honest reality is that once we place an order, most makers don't contact us again until they invoice us for the items, whether the release is on time or late. Sometimes stock simply arrives at our door with no warning it had shipped. So once an item slips past its original window, it could arrive at any point after that.
What we can promise is that you'll hear from us as soon as we know. Your balance invoice is your sign that it's on its way.
Because pre-order windows are long, we usually can't confirm the final price when an item is listed.
Three things affect it most:
- Makers often set or change their trade price late.
- Many items are bought in US dollars, so changes in the exchange rate change our cost.
- We don't know the final cost of shipping to us until the items have shipped.
If you'd like an idea before you commit, contact us and we'll give you our best estimate based on what we know at the time. It will only be an estimate.
Our promise: if the final price comes in more than 10% above the estimate we gave you, you're free to cancel, and your deposit comes back to you as store credit.
